Job summary

The AFL in Canberra is seeking a dynamic administrator to join the Participation and Programs team for a 15-month maximum term contract covering parental leave. Based in Canberra, you will coordinate programs, events and a large casual workforce, using technology to roster, communicate with and deploy casual staff across ACT and Southern NSW.

You’ll support engagement, training and development, coordinating information, start dates and promotional opportunities for casual staff, while helping

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating programs, events and large casual workforces in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong administrative capability with high attention to detail and timeliness.
• Comfort using technology to roster, communicate and manage data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate people, programs, communication and operational processes across ACT and Southern NSW.
• Recruit, roster and train casual staff for Auskick, Superkick and other programs.
• Manage invoicing for school programs, school competitions and bookings.
