Job summary

The Australian Football League (AFL) is seeking an Operations Coordinator for ACT & Southern NSW to help deliver participation programs, manage a large casual workforce, and coordinate staffing across multiple initiatives. Based in Canberra, you will work within the Participation and Programs team to ensure efficient program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, roster and train casual staff for Auskick, Superkick, Sporting Schools and other programs.
• Coordinate casual staff for school-based programs and events.
• Coordinate program information, start dates and promotional opportunities for casual staff.
• Manage invoicing for school programs and bookings.
• Prepare reports and data inputs to support team decisions.
• Support the Participation and Programs team to reach targets and growth.
