Responsibilities

• Keep governance meetings running smoothly (agendas, papers, minutes, actions)
• Manage project/program documentation, change requests, and reporting activities
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Support senior stakeholders and subject matter experts across multiple projects
• Produce accurate reports, dashboards, and governance documentation
• Maintain audit-ready records and ensure compliance requirements are met
• Help drive consistency, accountability, and program success across the region
