Job summary

Easy Authoring is seeking an Advisor (Program Performance) to provide high‑level support to project managers and teams in Townsville. You will manage governance materials, prepare papers, and ensure timely delivery of program information while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.

You will leverage SharePoint and dashboards to track risks, issues and dependencies, and support senior SMEs with capacity planning and reporting for statewide governance activities.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in a comparable support role with high level communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in program or project controls, reporting, or governance support.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience using project/program management and reporting systems (e.g. registers, dashboards, SharePoint).
• Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Governance meeting preparation (agenda, papers, briefing materials) for regional and statewide committees.
• Record minutes, actions, and escalation pathways with fast turnaround.
• Maintain program/project change control documentation and governance actions.
• Track and close governance actions and update risk/issue/dependency registers.
• Standardise and validate program data for reporting and governance.
• Support capacity planning and ensure audit readiness and accountability.
