Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking a Program Operations Coordinator to provide day‑to‑day coordination, administrative and operational support across Defence Digital Modernisation from Canberra. You will act as the operational backbone for key activities, ensuring information accuracy, process adherence and opportunities for continuous improvement.

The Opportunity

The Program Operations Coordinator provides day‑to‑day coordination, administrative and operational support services across Defence Digital Modernisation. As the operational backbone behind key program activities, you will help ensure information is accurate, processes are followed and continuous improvement opportunities are identified and implemented.

About You

We are looking for someone who brings judgement, curiosity and a collaborative approach to work that matters.

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage positively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, with familiarity using reporting or workflow tools.
  • Demonstrated initiative, resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • A collaborative and flexible approach, with the ability to work independently and provide continuity support when required.

This role requires the successful applicant to be an Australian citizen and hold, or be eligible to obtain, NV-1 security clearance.

Pay Range

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
