Leidos Australia is seeking a Program Operations Coordinator to support Defence Digital Modernisation. You will help ensure information is accurate, processes are followed and continuous improvement opportunities are identified and implemented.

The role sits within a security‑minded environment with compliance and governance at its core. As part of the Defence Digital Modernisation team, you will drive efficiency, coordinate meetings and maintain reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to engage positively with a range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, with familiarity using reporting or workflow tools.
• Demonstrated initiative, resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Australian citizenship and eligibility to obtain NV-1 security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement initiatives that strengthen program efficiency.
• Provide secretariat support, including meeting coordination, agendas and minutes.
• Manage compliance activities and ensure documentation and processes meet business requirements.
• Coordinate program change control activities, including tracking actions, approvals and updates.
• Support program reporting, data calls and maintenance of program and resource management information to ensure accurate stakeholder reporting.

The Opportunity

The Program Operations Coordinator provides day‑to‑day coordination, administrative and operational support services across Defence Digital Modernisation. As the operational backbone behind key program activities, you will help ensure information is accurate, processes are followed and continuous improvement opportunities are identified and implemented.

This role requires the successful applicant to be an Australian citizen and hold, or be eligible to obtain, NV-1 security clearance.
