Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Masters degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end carrier performance across speed, cost per package, and capacity reliability using dashboards.
• Drive expansion of new nodes, postcodes, and service types with business cases and launches.
• Lead capacity planning for high-volume events with ramp-up plans and contingencies.
• Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews with carriers and drive corrective actions.
• Write data-led program documents and present recommendations to senior leaders.
