Job summary

The Victorian Department of Health is seeking a Program Manager, Housing and Fairness to lead multiple concurrent ICT projects and drive digital transformation within the Housing and Fairness portfolio. You will manage budgets, forecasts, risk, and reporting to executive boards while mentoring teams and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field is required.
• Certifications related to project management methodology (PRINCE2 or PMP) or relevant agile delivery is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects and workstreams across the Housing & Fairness portfolio.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, sponsors and program stakeholders.
• Lead teams through organisational and program change initiatives.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts and cashflow expenditure.
