Job summary

Anglicare NT is seeking a Program Manager to lead the East Arnhem Children Services program, including Communities for Children initiatives and Child Friendly East Arnhem activities. The role is a full‑time maternity leave contract with flexibility to base in Darwin or Nhulunbuy (Nhulunbuy).

You will work with government, Aboriginal organisations and local stakeholders to drive outcomes for children and families through collaboration and evidence‑based practice.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Early Childhood, Community Development, Social Work, or related discipline.
• Significant experience in community services or development.
• Experience partnering with Aboriginal communities and organisations.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and ongoing development of the East Arnhem Children Services program, including Communities for Children initiatives.
• Collaborate with government, community organisations and stakeholders to improve outcomes for children and families.
• Manage teams, contracts and budgets to ensure service delivery objectives are met.
