Job summary

Anglicare NT is seeking a Program Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing development of the East Arnhem Children Services program, including Communities for Children initiatives and Child Friendly East Arnhem activities.

Based in Darwin or Nhulunbuy, you will collaborate with government, community organisations, and Aboriginal organisations to drive positive outcomes for children and families through community development and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Early Childhood, Community Development, Social Work or related discipline.
• Significant experience in community or social services.
• Experience partnering with Aboriginal communities and organisations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing contracts and budgets.
• Knowledge of collective impact and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Culturally safe and inclusive practice with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Responsibilities
