Job summary

Pyramid Global Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Program Manager to lead complex programs from initiation through delivery inAustralia. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors and stakeholders, and ensure schedule integrity across multiple concurrent projects.

Ideal candidates bring proven leadership, strong communication and excellent reporting skills, with experience in outsourced multi-supplier environments and delivering ROI.

Qualifications

• From initiation to completion.
• Must have scheduled multiple complex projects concurrently before.
• Must be used to scheduling within an outsourced multi-Supplier environment where many different parties are providing inputs.
• Must be able to demonstrate they can set-up the schedule and constructs from inception to build out the schedule.
• Track record in presenting program progress, planned activities and the overall schedule in a number of IT and business forums

Responsibilities

• Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects.
• Decide on suitable strategies and objectives.
• Coordinate cross-project activities.
• Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff.
• Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities; apply change, risk and resource management.
• Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors.
• Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI.
• Resolve projects’ higher scope issues.
• Prepare reports for program directors
