Job summary

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, technical programs, preferably in air traffic management, defence, or safety-critical industries
• Strong background in project and stakeholder management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration
• Deep understanding of Cisco and Juniper hardware, IOS/ISE environments, WAN networks, and encryption technologies
• Demonstrated success in financial forecasting, contract management, and vendor oversight
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Resilient and proactive, with a hands on mindset in complex delivery scenarios
• Ideally, a background in mission-critical infrastructure or systems

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution across the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to rollout and handover
• Manage project teams, resources, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence
• Oversee integrated planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting in alignment with internal and customer expectations
• Mitigate commercial, contractual, and technical risks through proactive risk management strategies
• Ensure program milestones and deliverables are met within scope, time, and budget
• Direct procurement, logistics, and financial forecasting activities in collaboration with procurement and finance teams
• Champion customer satisfaction and long‑term value delivery
