Job summary

Primary Connect is seeking a senior project lead to oversee Tier 1 supply chain initiatives in NSW, delivering end-to-end design, construction and ramp-up for new warehousing facilities. You will guide diverse streams including DC Design, IT, Replenishment, Property, and Change Management, while maintaining governance and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Supply Chain project delivery experience in FMCG/Retail.
• Experience leading multiple streams including DC Design, IT, Replenishment, Property, Commercial, Change and Communications.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal relationship skills; able to work under pressure and travel interstate when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from design to delivery and benefits realisation.
• Manage a broad team of stream leads and external suppliers across multiple functions.
• Oversee governance, reporting of progress, risks, issues, and financials within Woolworths project framework.
• Coordinate fit-outs for new warehouses with on-site presence and contractor management.
• Collaborate with internal customers and other Woolworths Group units to achieve outcomes.

This will be a team effort.
