Job summary

Primary Connect, part of the Woolworths Group, is seeking a shift-leadership role to guide a growing team in Hoxton Park. You will mentor staff, uphold safety as a core value, and drive daily improvements across our supply chain while maintaining strong customer and community connections.

The position offers a 6-month contract, early mornings, and opportunities to advance within a large retail network. Join a collaborative team focused on delivering essential products to thousands of stores.

• Proven leadership track record with ownership and proactive problem-solving.
• Experience working with Unions is highly regarded.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Background in Supply Chain, Retail, or FMCG industries.
