Role description

This position is responsible for managing assigned projects from bid development through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, budget constraints, and stakeholder expectations. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to guide cross-functional teams and maintain high standards of project governance.

About you

To be successful in this role and to best leverage the opportunities provided by L3Harris, some skills & experience ideal applicants will bring include;

• Degree in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent experience (3-5 years)
• Project Management experience (1-3 years)
• Subcontract Management or administration experience
• The ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance

Desirable

• Defence or other formal Project Management training
• Maritime and Naval platforms knowledge/experience
• Systems Engineering Lifecycle knowledge/experience
• Experience in managing/delivering scope across full systems engineering lifecycle; both acquisition and support

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
