• Significant leadership experience within human services.
• Experience managing programs, teams and budgets.
• Proven ability to lead teams, foster a positive culture and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and ongoing delivery of the Mental Health Community Support Service program.
• Recruit, onboard and support a high-performing multidisciplinary team including peer workers.
• Drive development, implementation and continuous improvement of recovery-focused services and group programs.
• Monitor program performance to meet funding requirements, quality standards and key deliverables.
• Build and maintain partnerships with mental health services and community organisations.
• Oversee clinical governance, risk management and service quality in collaboration with internal leaders.
• Prepare reports, manage program data and ensure accurate funding and compliance reporting.
• Manage customer feedback, complaints and service improvements while fostering a respectful, person-centred culture.
