Job summary

Anduril Industries, Sydney-based, is seeking a Program Integration Analyst to lead the integrated master schedule for our Dive-XL program. You will coordinate cross-pillar delivery, translate leadership intent into concrete actions, and develop briefing materials for senior stakeholders.

You’ll partner with engineering, production, and supply chain to keep the schedule current, capture decisions, monitor risks, and push continuous improvement using AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• NV2 security clearance preferred; Australian citizens eligible for clearance
• Ability to distill complex information for senior leadership
• Experience with scaled agile (SAFe) and PI planning
• Proficiency with Jira, dashboards and reporting
• Strong written and visual communication
• Willing to challenge plans with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the integrated master schedule aligned to agile cadence.
• Convert leadership intent into actions with owners and dates.
• Create briefing packs for leadership and stakeholders.
• Serve as integration partner on cross-pillar initiatives.
• Ingest inputs from Directors and TPMs and trace to production dates.
• Record decisions in a cross-pillar forum with owners and deadlines.
• Monitor risks and keep them in the system of record.
• Own central Action Centre tooling and live data feeds.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to maintain flow.
• Use AI tools to improve program management and tooling.
• Support PMO governance and on-board new pillars/programs.
