Job summary

Qualifications

• An existing security clearance (NV2 preferred) or Australian citizens eligible to obtain one.
• Ability to distill and communicate complex information to senior leadership.
• Familiar with SAFe, PI planning, ARTs and milestones, and how they link to a milestone-based IMS.
• Working proficiency in Jira: boards, epics, dependencies, dashboards and reporting.
• Strong written and visual communication with executive-level packs.
• Credible with senior stakeholders and able to say that the plan does not add up.
• Comfortable using AI tools to build program products and briefs.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the integrated master schedule for the Business Line, aligning with agile cadence.
• Turn leadership intent into clear actions with owners and dates.
• Develop briefing packs for leadership, customers and stakeholders from start to finish.
• Act as the integration partner to senior leads and the wider PMO on cross-pillar initiatives.
• Ingest inputs from Directors and TPMs to trace decisions to production dates and reviews.
• Capture decisions and actions with owners and firm dates in the record, tracked to closure.
• Keep risks documented and flagged early in the system of record.
• Own the central Action Centre tooling as a live data source for leadership forums.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Operations to keep inputs flowing.
• Onboard new pillars/programs onto standard PMO processes.
