Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Program Integration Manager to lead the integrated master schedule for the Dive-XL program, aligning cross-pillar work and ensuring leadership readiness. The role focuses on turning strategy into executable plans with clear owners, dates, and impact signals.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage briefing materials, and drive cross-organizational coordination, including AI-assisted enhancements to scheduling and decision records.

Qualifications

• Security clearance preferred (NV2) or Australian citizen eligible to obtain clearance.
• Able to distill complex information for senior leadership.
• Familiar with SAFe, PI planning, ARTs, epic/feature/story hierarchy and IMS milestones.
• Working proficiency in Jira: boards, epics, dependencies, dashboards and reporting.
• Strong written and visual communication with exec-level packs.
• Comfortable challenging the plan and influencing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the integrated master schedule aligned to agile cadence.
• Translate leadership intent into actionable tasks with owners and dates.
• Develop briefing packs for leadership and stakeholders from concept to finished product.
• Coordinate cross-pillar initiatives and update schedules and models.
• Ingest inputs from Directors and TPMs to trace design decisions to production dates.
• Record decisions and actions with owners and deadlines in the system of record.
• Keep risks documented and surfaced early in the lifecycle.
• Own and maintain the central Action Centre tooling for live leadership forums.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Chief Engineer, Directors and Operations to maintain input flow.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance program management and scheduling capabilities.
