Job summary

• Well-developed stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.

• Experience working with reporting, governance or business systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, communications, public policy or a related discipline.

• Assist with Board, committee and executive reporting requirements.
• Maintain governance documentation and reporting records.
• Prepare reports, briefings and management updates.
• Analyse and consolidate information from a range of sources.
• Support executive and governance reporting activities.
• Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, consistent and timely.
• Coordinate reporting activities and information requests across stakeholders.
• Build effective working relationships across the organisation.
• Support quality assurance and reporting compliance activities.
