The role also contributes to the continuous improvement of delivery reporting, data management and portfolio monitoring processes to enhance the quality and effectiveness of program oversight.

This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical project or program professional seeking broader exposure to housing delivery, portfolio management and large‑scale government‑funded infrastructure and development programs.

  • Maintain project documentation and reporting records.
  • Contribute to reporting, data management and process improvements.
  • Support governance, audit and assurance activities as required.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in project delivery, program coordination, infrastructure, construction, property, housing or a related environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, validate and report on project performance data.
  • Experience preparing reports, briefings and insights for stakeholders and decision‑makers.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, construction, engineering, business, property or a related discipline.

This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical project, construction, property or program professional seeking broader exposure to housing delivery, portfolio oversight and project performance management.
