Job summary

Quality People urgently requires a Program Finance Specialist in Darwin for a 12-month contract. The role focuses on developing and maintaining technical financial models to support budget management of programs and projects, and delivering regular financial information to key stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will consolidate and analyze financial data, prepare monthly reports with commentary for committees, and work with Directors to develop budgets for the current year and outer years, including

Qualifications

• Consolidate and analyse financial data and budgets, provide monthly financial reporting including commentary to various committees and stakeholders.
• Work alongside Directors to develop Project and Program budgets for current financial year and outer years.
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting methodologies for intangible assets, specifically regarding IT projects.
• Proven knowledge of financial principles including forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, project finance appraisals and information analysis.

Our client URGENTLY requires Program Finance Specialist for 12months + Contracts in Darwin.

The Program Finance Specialist will be required to develop and maintain technical financial models to assist with budget management of Programs and Projects, as well as provide a range of financial information to key stakeholders on a frequent basis.

Skills and Experience required includes:

• Consolidate and analyse financial data and budgets, provide monthly financial reporting including commentary to various committees and stakeholders.
• Will work alongside with Directors to develop Project and Program budgets for current financial year and outer years.

Government experience would be highly advantageous.
