Job summary

Quality People is seeking a motivated Junior Technical Business Analyst in Darwin to support complex digital transformation initiatives. You will assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

This 12-month + contract role offers exposure to information management, data mapping, reporting requirements and system integration, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic ICT environment.

Qualifications

• Prepare clear draft business and technical documentation including registers, process maps and data notes.
• Document business and functional requirements for information management, reporting and integration.
• Support requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement and action tracking in BA activities.
• Exposure to ICT projects, systems implementation or digital transformation environments.
• Familiar with MS Office and able to learn project, requirements, testing and collaboration tools quickly.
• Provide BA and system support during design, build, test, implementation and transition to BAU.

Our client URGENTLY requires a Junior Technical Business Analystfor 12 months + Contracts in Darwin.

We are seeking a motivated Junior Technical Business Analyst. This role supports complex digital transformation initiatives by assisting with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

Skills and Experience required includes:

• Prepare clear and consistent draft business and technical documentation, including requirements registers, processmaps, data mapping notes, reporting requirements and configuration support material.
• Assist in documenting business and functional requirements relating to information management, reporting, datamigration, system integration and configuration activities.
• Demonstrated ability to support business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder engagement and action tracking.
• Exposure to ICT projects, systems implementation, or digital transformation environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and the ability to learn project, requirements, testing and collaboration tools quickly.
• Ability to provide business analysis and system support during design, build, test, implementation and transition to business-as-usual activities.

Government experience would be highly advantageous.
