Qualifications

• Experience in program/project financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including intangible assets.
• Advanced Excel with complex financial models and analytical tools.
• Ability to analyse large datasets and translate financial information into insights.
• Knowledge of corporate/project finance forecasting and risk analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance or Accounting; CPA/CA highly regarded.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with accountability and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver regular financial reports, forecasts, and budget analysis for programs and projects.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budget management and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop annual and multi-year project budgets.
• Monitor financial performance, identify risks and variances, and provide recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, funding requirements, and reporting obligations.
• Support continuous improvement of financial processes, controls and reporting frameworks.
• Provide financial guidance to project teams and finance staff for accurate cost capture.
