Warakirri College, NSW, seeks an experienced educational leader for the role of Program Director/Deputy Principal. You will shape curriculum, support teaching practice and drive student wellbeing across seven campuses and the Distance Education Program.

You will lead a trauma-informed, inclusive education approach, strengthen pastoral care and student engagement, and collaborate with senior leaders and operations to ensure high-quality educational outcomes across the College.

Qualifications

• Significant educational leadership experience within a secondary school.
• A recognised teaching qualification and NSW teacher accreditation.
• Strong curriculum, pedagogy and teaching practice expertise.
• Demonstrated leadership of student wellbeing, inclusion and/or diverse learning.
• Experience leading and developing senior educators and multidisciplinary teams.
• A strong understanding of trauma-informed and inclusive education.
• The ability to lead improvement consistently across multiple campuses or programs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong judgement and the ability to balance educational quality, student needs, risk and organisational priorities.
