Job summary

Excelsia University College – Pennant Hills NSW is seeking a full-time administrator to support the Education Professional Experience Manager and students. You will source placements, maintain partnerships, and ensure efficient operation of professional experience units.

Responsibilities include allocations, LMS document prep for moderation and grades, and providing feedback for program improvements. Must have Education qualification and Christian commitments, with strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Education or equivalent.
• Experience in an early childhood or initial teacher education environment.
• Experience in a higher education setting.
• Committed Christian, involved in a local congregation.
• Administration and project management skills.
• Proven organisational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must uphold ethical integrity while performing duties of a sensitive nature including calculating student grades, handling petty cash, and maintaining confidentiality of personal details.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with Moodle LMS strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work appropriately with students, faculty, and administrators, independently as well as in a busy team environment.
• HOLD full Australian working rights
