WorkPac is hiring for a hands-on manufacturing role supporting precast concrete production in a busy Australian facility. You will perform general labouring tasks, assist welders, and operate gantry cranes in a hot, physically demanding environment.

Long shifts of 10–12 hours start early at 5am, with potential for permanent conversion. A HR licence is highly desirable, and experience across multiple roles is welcomed. Weekly pay through WorkPac awaits a motivated team player.

Qualifications

• Previous labouring or manufacturing experience.
• Welding experience is highly regarded for welder roles.
• Gantry crane experience advantageous.
• HR Licence highly desirable.
• Ability to work 10–12 hour shifts starting from 5am.
• Ability to work in hot environments and complete manual tasks.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be working in a busy manufacturing environment assisting with the production of precast concrete products. Duties may include general labouring, assisting welders, operating gantry cranes, or if licenced operating HR vehicles. What You Will Need:
