The Company

Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality custom glass products, including insulated glass units, laminated glass, fire-resistant and toughened safety glass. Based in Knoxfield, they are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals who aren't afraid of physical, hands-on work and are ready to commit to a strong, fast-paced team environment.
This is a physically demanding role and will involve:

• Heavy, repetitive lifting in a safe and controlled environment
• Fast-paced production work with strict timeframes and daily targets
• Operating within strict OH&S guidelines, including safe handling of glass products
• Working closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Maintaining a clean, safe workspace and immediately reporting hazards or incidents

We are seeking committed, reliable workers who:

• Are comfortable with physically demanding, repetitive work
• Have a strong work ethic and stable employment history
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Have basic computer skills and strong attention to detail
• Understand and follow safety procedures at all times
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Own safety boots and a hi-vis vest and are willing to complete a pre-employment medical

Hours and Rates:

Day shift: Monday to Friday, 6.30am - 2.30pm, $38.41 per hour
Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday, 2.30pm - 10.30pm, $46.09 per hour
Night shift: Sunday - Thursday, 10.30pm - 6.30am, $49.16 per hour
