Job summary

VENTORA Glass is seeking a Production Operator in Queensland to join the team across multiple production lines. The role offers hands-on experience with diverse machinery, quality emphasis, and a focus on safety and process adherence.

You will report to the Production Manager and rotate through departments as needed, supporting production targets and learning various processes. Training is provided, with opportunities for overtime and career development.

We're currently seeking a motivated and reliable Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in QLD.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in producing quality work, and is keen to learn new skills. As a Production Operator, you will work across different areas of the factory, providing support wherever required and learning a range of production processes and machinery.

Reporting to our Production Manager, you will be:

• Operating production equipment and machinery
• Working in different departments based on production requirements
• Handling and processing glass products
• Maintaining quality standards and attention to detail
• Following safety procedures and work instructions
• Supporting the team to meet production targets

About You

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn new machines and processes
• Physically capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Previous glass handling experience is highly regarded but not essential, as full training will be provided
