Job summary

Taylex Australia is seeking Production Operators to join our manufacturing team building wastewater treatment systems in a safe, supportive on-site environment.

You’ll be part of a close-knit crew, manufacturing and assembling products to specification, operating production equipment safely, performing quality checks and maintaining a clean, organised work area while helping the team meet daily targets.

The Opportunity

We're looking for reliable Production Operators to join our manufacturing team and help build quality products in a safe, supportive environment. Whether you're an experienced production worker, warehouse operator, labourer or trades assistant, we provide the training and opportunities to help you build a long-term career.

Shift Options Available

• Day Shift (Monday to Friday)
• Morning or Afternoon Shift (Monday to Thursday)

Currently studying? We'd love to hear from you. We're open to discussing flexible working arrangements for candidates undertaking university, TAFE or other formal study. Where operationally possible, shifts can be tailored to fit around study schedules and timetables.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Production Operator, you'll be part of a close-knit team responsible for manufacturing and assembling wastewater treatment systems.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Manufacturing and assembling products to specification
• Operating production equipment safely and efficiently
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet our standards
• Following production instructions and work procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area
• Working with your team to achieve daily production targets
• Following workplace safety procedures and wearing PPE at all times
