Job summary

Taylex Australia is seeking Production Operators to join our manufacturing team building wastewater treatment systems in a safe, supportive on-site environment.

You’ll be part of a close-knit crew, manufacturing and assembling products to specification, operating production equipment safely, performing quality checks and maintaining a clean, organised work area while helping the team meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and committed to producing quality work.
• Physically fit and able to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Team-oriented with willingness to support others.
• Right to work in Australia.
• Desirable: White Card / Construction Induction Card.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing and assembling products to specification.
• Operating production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Following production instructions and work procedures.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area.
• Working with your team to achieve daily production targets.
• Following workplace safety procedures and wearing PPE at all times.
