Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is hiring a Production Team Member in Kewdale on a full-time permanent basis. You’ll operate production machinery in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, contribute to safety and quality, and work with a collaborative team. Training is provided, and no prior manufacturing experience is required.

Roles involve day and night shifts, weekend work, and a supportive culture focused on development and progression within a globally recognised beverage brand.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, practical work
• Strong communicator with attention to detail
• Reliable and adaptable with a willingness to learn
• Experience in Production, FMCG or Warehousing is welcome but not essential
• Comfortable working across a rotating roster (24/5 & 24/7) including weekend work and 12-hour day & night shifts

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and technology safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with your team to produce beverages
• Maintain a strong focus on safety for yourself and others
• Operate forklifts and related equipment (training/licence support provided)
• Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain high standards of quality and operational excellence
