Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Plc is hiring a Production Team Member in Kewdale, WA, on a full-time permanent basis. You’ll join an inclusive team, receive training and development, and support 24/7 operations across day and night shifts.

No prior manufacturing experience is required; training is provided. This role offers real career progression with one of Australia’s leading beverage brands.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, practical work ability.
• Clear communication and strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, adaptable and eager to learn.
• Experience in Production, FMCG or Warehousing welcome but not essential.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfort with rotating roster including day/night shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and technology safely and efficiently.
• Work with your team to produce beverages for Australia.
• Maintain a strong safety standard for yourself and colleagues.
• Operate forklifts and equipment; licence support available if needed.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement.
