Job summary

Nanosonics is seeking a Production Team Member in Sydney to join our high-performing manufacturing team. You will help assemble, test, inspect, and service our medical devices, contributing to quality and patient safety.

This hands-on role suits detail-oriented individuals with a team mindset, offering on-the-job training and opportunities to grow within an ISO13485/FDA-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or repair in a regulated environment is preferred (GMP).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines.
• Manual dexterity and ability to handle small components and tools.
• Experience with OH&S standards in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components into sub-assemblies and finished products
• Inspect, test, and pack products within defined timelines
• Conduct basic repairs and perform service work on returned devices
• Handle materials and move products through production stages
• Assist with final product release and non-conformance investigations
• Maintain accurate documentation, including line clearance, torque and ESD testing
• Comply with all Quality, Safety, and ISO13485/FDA QSR requirements
• Uphold cleanliness and order in line with 5S guidelines
• Participate in audits and collaborate across departments

Your Role
