Job summary

Carma, Australia’s growing pre-owned car dealership, is seeking a Production Team Leader to steer the workshop and maintain quality, efficiency and safety.

You’ll train and coach the team, sign off on completed work, and collaborate with other production leads and management to drive continuous improvement.

Based in St Peters, NSW, you’ll enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience leading or supervising a team (automotive experience preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

We’re on the hunt for a Production Team Leader to steer the team and keep things running at top gear! You’ll be the go‑to expert, making sure quality stays high, targets are smashed, and the team keeps growing through great training and support. Working side by side with other production leads and the department manager, you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency and keeping our operations on track.

What you'll be doing?

Okay, let’s talk about you:

• You have at least 1 year experience leading/ supervising a team (experience within the automotive industry would be an advantage, but not compulsory).
• You are tech savvy and quick to learn new systems.
• You have excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• You thrive in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
• You hold a current NSW driver's Licence.

In this role you’ll be based in our St Peters workshop with plenty of room for parking and train/ bus stops nearby.
