Job summary

Carma in Sydney is seeking an Automotive Team Lead to steer the production group and keep operations at peak performance. You will direct daily priorities, uphold quality, and mentor a growing team to hit targets on schedule.

Working with other production leads and the department manager, you’ll drive efficiency, refine workflows, and ensure safety. A current NSW driver’s licence is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading or supervising teams in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record in quality assurance with a methodical approach.
• Process-driven and organised; skilled at refining workflows.
• Excellent communication with clear, direct feedback to team and management.

We’re on the hunt for a Team Leader to steer the team and keep things running at top gear! You’ll be the go‑to expert, making sure quality stays high, targets are smashed, and the team keeps growing through great training and support. Working side by side with other production leads and the department manager, you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency and keeping our operations on track.

What you’ll be doing:

• Workflow Management: Direct daily priorities for the operational team to meet delivery deadlines and target output

• You have at least 2 years experience leading/ supervising teams in fast‑paced operational environments.


• You have a proven track record in quality assurance with a systematic approach to identifying and resolving defects.


• You are process‑driven and organised - building and refining workflows to increase efficiency.


• You have excellent communication providing clear, direct feedback to your team and concise updates to senior management.


• You hold a current NSW driver's Licence.
