Job summary

Carma in Sydney is seeking a Production Team Leader to steer the Automotive Production line, maintain high quality, hit targets, and train the team for growth.

Based in our St Peters workshop with parking and transit nearby, you’ll work with other production leads and the department manager to drive efficiency, safety, and lean improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience leading/supervising a team.
• Tech savvy and quick to learn new systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Hold a current NSW driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

We’re on the hunt for a Production Team Leader to steer the team and keep things running at top gear! You’ll be the go-to expert, making sure quality stays high, targets are smashed, and the team keeps growing through great training and support. Working side by side with other production leads and the department manager, you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency and keeping our operations on track.

What you'll be doing?

• You have at least 1 year experience leading/ supervising a team (experience within the automotive industry would be an advantage, but not compulsory).
• You are tech savvy and quick to learn new systems.
• You have excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• You hold a current NSW driver's Licence.

In this role you’ll be based in our St Peters workshop with plenty of room for parking and train/ bus stops nearby.
