Job summary

Challenge Southern Highlands Ltd. is seeking a Production and Supported Employment Supervisor to oversee a team of supported employees in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring safety, quality, and quotas are met.

Balance operational production management with person-centered supervision, breaking down complex tasks and providing clear instructions to enable client tasks. Includes diverse activities such as document destruction, light manufacturing, mail distribution and packaging.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate or equivalent practical industry experience.
• 2+ years hands-on experience in a manufacturing, production or industrial setting.
• Experience supervising on-the-floor or within a structured support framework.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and direction of supported employees.
• Processing & managing customer orders, inquiries and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Effective communication to key stakeholders and the ability to adapt to changes.
