Blackbook Executive Pty in South Australia is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a fast-paced food manufacturing team on the PM shift (11:00am–8:00pm). You will drive daily targets, maintain safety, quality, and animal welfare standards on the production floor.

You will coach and develop team members, optimise labour and equipment, and work with continuous improvement initiatives to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.

Formación

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience in food manufacturing, poultry or meat processing preferred.
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety and food safety requirements.
• Knowledge of animal welfare practices advantageous.
• Strong communication, people leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding production environment.
• Good computer literacy, with experience using production or manufacturing systems advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Complete accurate production reporting and proactively escape issues where required.
• Lead by example and promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, teamwork and performance.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our client, a leading food manufacturing organisation based in South Australia. This position will be working across the PM shift, 11:00am–8:00pm.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for leading and supporting a production team to achieve daily targets while maintaining high standards across safety, quality, food safety and animal welfare.

You’ll be a visible and approachable leader on the production floor, working closely with your team to drive performance, resolve issues and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
