Job summary

Pace Appointments QLD is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a small team on the workshop floor, coordinating workflow and ensuring production targets are met. Trade-qualified in Fitting & Turning or a relevant mechanical trade is preferred, with previous supervisory or leading-hand experience in manufacturing, engineering or fabrication workshops.

This full-time role operates Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday shifts; the salary is competitive and negotiable based on

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workshop production activities.

• Monitor productivity and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist with problem-solving and on-floor technical support.
• Communicate progress and resource needs to management.

Job description

This leading Engineering and Industrial Service company is seeking an experienced and trade-qualified (preferable fitter/turner) Production Supervisor to lead a small team on the workshop floor, coordinating workflow, and ensuring production targets are met.

• Full time, Monday to Friday day shift role with occasional Saturday
• Monday to Thursday: 6:30am to 4:00pm
• Friday: 6:30am to 3:15pm
• Competitive salary based on experience (negotiable)
