Link Snack's is seeking a proactive Production Planner to join the Supply Chain team in Casino, NSW, Australia. You will develop and optimise production plans balancing demand, capacity, inventory, service levels and costs in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain APAC and leading one direct report, you will drive scheduling excellence, translate demand into executable plans, manage risks, and support planning capability improvements across the team.

Competenze

• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• 2–5+ years’ experience in production planning and/or scheduling in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and spreadsheet-based planning.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage short- and medium-term production plans and daily/weekly schedules.
• Align production with demand forecasts, orders and inventory targets; manage shelf-life and minimize obsolescence.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Sales and Customer Service; contribute to S&OP.
