Link Snack's is seeking a proactive Production Planner to join its Supply Chain team in Casino, New South Wales. You will develop, maintain, and optimise production plans that balance customer demand, capacity, inventory, service levels and cost in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain APAC and leading one direct report, you will drive planning excellence, ensuring effective execution of production schedules and supporting continuous improvement across planning and

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related discipline.
2–5+ years’ experience in production planning and/or scheduling within manufacturing or FMCG.
Experience across spreadsheet-based planning and ERP-driven environments.
Practical experience using ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Pronto, or similar).
High proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

Develop and manage short- and medium-term production plans and schedules to minimise downtime.
Align production with demand forecasts and inventory targets while managing shelf-life.
Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Sales and CS.
Track schedule adherence and KPIs, investigate variances, drive planning improvements.
Support transition from Excel to Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC with automated planning and MRP.
