VENTORA Glass is seeking a committed Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in Queensland. You will work hands-on across multiple production areas, operating equipment, handling glass, and supporting the team to meet daily targets.

You will receive training across various machines, learn different processes, and contribute to quality and safety standards within a busy factory environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn new machines and processes.
• Physically capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Previous glass handling experience is highly regarded but not essential, as full training will be provided.
