Job summary

Bega Group is seeking a Production Operator for our Crestmead dairy site, south of Brisbane. This full-time role runs on a Day Shift from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday, working with a supportive team to produce quality dairy products for the region.

You will participate in safe, efficient operations, contribute to continuous improvement, and help deliver products to customers every day at our Crestmead site near Logan.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG manufacturing, food production, warehousing, or a similar operational environment.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to assist with basic troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Comfortable using technology and digital systems to support production, quality and safety processes.
• Collaborative approach with strong commitment to teamwork, safety and quality outcomes.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and eager to learn, develop new skills and contribute to team success.

Responsibilities

The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Production Operator to join our growing team at our Crestmead dairy site, south of Brisbane. Due to continued growth, we have a full-time permanent Day Shift opportunity available, working Monday to Friday, 5:30 am to 2:00 pm.

In this hands‑on role, you'll work alongside a supportive team to produce high‑quality dairy products enjoyed across the region. You'll play an important part in maintaining safe, efficient operations while contributing to continuous improvement and helping us deliver quality products to our customers every day.

Our Crestmead dairy site near Logan, south of Brisbane, manufactures and distributes a range of milk and milk‑based products, made with fresh milk sourced direct from 35 dairy farms in the south‑east Queensland region. Producing around 100 million litres of product per year!
