The Role

Bega Group's Ridge Street site in Bega NSW is undergoing its biggest transformation yet with a $50 million investment. We have multiple casual opportunities for Production Operators starting as early as possible. Join our passionate production team on the Sapphire Coast of NSW, where we pride ourselves on delivering high‑quality dairy products enjoyed across Australia. You'll be part of a supportive, safety‑focused and collaborative team that keeps our manufacturing operations running smoothly every day.

Our Ridge Street site services many customers in a contract manufacturing capacity focused on packaged, natural and processed cheeses including Bega cheese blocks (mild, tasty, vintage), shredded and cubed cheese, natural slices, parmesan, colby, mozzarella and burger cheese slices.

Shift Availability

• Eight‑hour patterns:
• Monday to Friday – 8‑hour rotational day/afternoon shifts
• Monday to Friday – 8‑hour permanent night shifts
• twelve‑hour patterns:
• Monday‑Wednesday – 12‑hour shifts (6 am – 6 pm). One 8‑hour Sunday shift every 4 weeks (6 am – 2 pm).
• Monday‑Wednesday – 12‑hour shifts (6 pm – 6 am). One 8‑hour Sunday shift every 4 weeks (10 pm – 6 am).
• Thursday‑Saturday – 12‑hour shifts (6 am – 6 pm). One 8‑hour Sunday shift every 4 weeks (6 am – 2 pm).
• Thursday‑Saturday – 12‑hour shifts (6 pm – 6 am). One 8‑hour Sunday shift every 4 weeks (10 pm – 6 am).

Responsibilities
