Bega Group is seeking motivated Production Operators for casual roles at its Ridge Street facility in Bega, NSW. Roles include night shift and rotating day/night shifts with immediate starts, supporting a safety-focused, collaborative team environment and producing a range of cheese products for the Australian market.

• Monitor machines and processes, identifying and escalating issues promptly.
• Support a positive team culture through communication, collaboration and continuous improvement.

The Role Bega Group is currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable Production Operators to join our Ridge Street team in Bega, NSW, with multiple casual opportunities available across Night Shift and Rotating Day/afternoon shifts, with immediate starts available.

Nestled on the stunning Sapphire Coast, our Bega site is home to a passionate team dedicated to producing some of Australia's most loved dairy products. At our Ridge Street facility, we manufacture a wide range of packaged, natural and processed cheese products for customers across Australia. From the iconic Bega Mild, Tasty and Vintage cheese blocks to shredded and cubed cheese, natural slices, parmesan, colby, mozzarella and burger cheese slices, you'll play a key role in bringing trusted products to consumers every day.

We currently have opportunities available across the following rosters:

• Night Shift Monday to Friday 10:00 pm to 6:00 am
• Rotating Day & Afternoon Shifts Monday to Friday on a two-week rotation Week 1: Day Shift (6:00 am to 2:00 pm) Week 2: Afternoon Shift (2:00 pm to 10:00 pm)

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely in line with procedures and standards

• Clear communicator who works well in a team, shows reliability, flexibility and a willingness to learn
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment is highly desirable
• Availability to work across the entire shift pattern
