Mauri, part of the George Weston Foods Group, is hiring a Production Operator for the Moorooka team in Brisbane. You will operate semi-automated packing machinery, record production data and follow SOPs to ensure quality and efficiency.

The role features a two-week rotating roster of day and afternoon shifts, with afternoon shifts offering extra pay loading. We value safety, teamwork and a willingness to learn.

• Experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (BRC).
• Forklift licence or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to a safe working environment.

Working under the Production Manager, you will be part of the effective and safe running of the packing hall, and any associated processes; ensuring we are delivering on customer quality compliance and operating in a cost effective & timely manner.The role will function on a two-week rotating roster of day and afternoon shifts, Monday-Friday.
