Qualifications

• Experience in production, inventory, stock control, purchasing or administration is desirable.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including with external suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Order components for orders across the business, following job specs and drawings.
• Prepare daily job documentation for workshop and sales teams.
• Receive stock, verify against orders, and process into the studio.
• Raise and manage purchase orders; maintain supplier and pricing records.
• Maintain accurate order and inventory data across systems.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder points; provide reporting and project support.
