Job summary

Aliaxis is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead a 35-strong team at the Toowoomba site, driving safety, accountability and continuous improvement. Reporting to Manufacturing Manager, the role focuses on delivering targets while maintaining high standards across safety, quality and efficiency.

You will shape site culture, develop future leaders and collaborate with Supply Chain, Maintenance, Quality and Safety teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in plastics manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and positive safety cultures.
• Experience leading large frontline teams and developing future leaders.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Collaborative, team-first approach; willing to roll up sleeves.
• Ambition to grow career within a global manufacturing organisation.
• Experience in PVC/PE manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities
