Job summary

Bassike is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the end-to-end production process at our Warriewood HQ. You will collaborate with Design, Product Development, Raw Materials and manufacturing partners both locally and overseas to deliver high-quality goods on schedule and within budget.

The role requires strong governance of production timelines, capacity planning and supplier performance, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Production Manager role within the fashion or apparel industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing both offshore and onshore apparel manufacturers.
• Strong understanding of garment manufacturing, production timelines and critical path management.
• Excellent knowledge of factory processes, quality standards and production planning.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
• A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
• Experience using AP21 or similar ERP/production management systems (desirable).

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Production Manager to join our Production team in a full-time capacity. Working closely with Design, Product Development, Raw Materials and our local and international manufacturing partners, this role is responsible for managing the end-to-end production process to ensure products are delivered on time, to budget and to the high quality standards Bassike is known for.
